*NOTES*

At 5:01, I'm not sure if the bass is even playing while the lead guitar does
 the fast riff. I just tabbed it out as if it the bass was playing.

At 6:07, you can barely hear the bass behind the sustaining lead guitar
 notes, and the drums. The bass follows the beat of the drums.

At 1:53, and at 3:17, you repeat the chorus riff three times, then you do
the following:
